| Don Petrick | So we are putting together plans to head over to Connell for the point rounds 1 and 2 and a few questions came up. How much are you charging for entry fee each day? Is there any additional cost for camping on site? And the big one is how the expert/championship class works now. Having missed last season completely due to injury I am still unsure what class I should ride. Normaly for the point rounds I would ride the Expert class. It's my understanding this class is no-longer in existance and has been replaced by the championship class. At the PNTA meeting it was my impression that the championship lines are equivalent to the old expert PNTA lines. However I heard from several people last year that this was not the case and that the championship lines remained as difficult as they had been in the past. This means that the expert class was eliminated and moved up to championship. Is this true? What can I expect? Wed, 8 Mar 2006 04:17:04 |
| Matt | wow, thanks. I had just moved the Redman from the 11th because of the conflict with COTA... this schedule thing is crazy. Tue, 7 Mar 2006 21:33:04 |
| Nick Jones | Heads up. I was looking at the PST site and Ishy posted a message. The COTA points round is scheduled for June 17-18. The 18th conflicts with Redman's trial. COTA originally had the 10th and 11th. June 4th is the Leavenworth trial so moving Redman's up a week would be three in a row. Again, just a heads up. Tue, 7 Mar 2006 16:19:20 |
| M Lawson | 2006 Columbia Cup Save the date for the third annual Columbia Cup! This years Columbia Cup fund raiser for the 2006 TdN Teams will be held on April 22 & 23. We are working with the land owners in Goldendale to set up a great venue for this year’s event. If all of our plans work out we will have a great place to camp and possibly ride some of the terrain used for the World Round. The format will be Novice and Intermediate riders on Saturday with a little later start time to give everyone a chance to travel. We will have events going on Saturday afternoon for everyone. On Sunday the Advanced and Expert riders will compete with an early finish time. So mark your calendar and stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. See you there, Mark Lawson & Don Petrick Fri, 3 Mar 2006 19:22:38 |
